All boots are completely insured door-to-door service,so if for any reason your boots do not reach you in top condition we will either ship you a replacement pair or provide a full refund. Returns
We are committed to providing the best quality boots to our customers. If you receive damaged boots we will gladly provide a refund or replacement for you, upon receiving proof of damage. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if they are requested within 1 weeks of receiving the boots.
About the returns, customers should upload a photo of the damage via our returns form,also all items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
